The Lesbian and Gay Foundation run a telephone helpline aimed at the lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans community.

They are available every day over the festive holidays, to answer any questions, or just to be there – if you just want someone to talk to.

Samantha Days from the organisation spoke to Under the Rainbow and explained that it’s open every day including Christmas Day and New Years Day.

The number is 0845 3 30 30 30, and they are available from 10am to 10pm every day.
