Sep 2012 - Same-Sex Dance Competition

In October, Blackpool will play host to a same-sex dance competition.

It will include Ballroom, Latin and Show Dancing. The contest will include levels for all abilities.

Under the Rainbow has been speaking to the event’s organisers. Bradley and Soren took part in this year’s Britain’s Got Talent as the dancing duo – Sugar Dandies.

Tonight, Under the Rainbow finds out about Queer Tango dance lessons starting next week in Wilmslow for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people. Organiser Paul Fairweather started by explaining that the moves they use differ from those in Ballroom Tango.
